We recently moved into a home where the carpets were neglected by the previous owner. One of the rooms it seems was the potty pad for their dog, and the carpet smelled horrible. The previous owner installed very expensive high-quality carpet, but neglected to care for it. My wife called Sunwest carpet cleaning, and they were able to come out the next day.  My wife explained how bad the carpet was in that room, and we actually were looking at getting it replaced because it bothered us so much. The young man that was actually doing the cleaning said the other side of their business is carpet installation, so we asked for a quote.

Within the hour, Bob came to the house and examined our issue. He was very friendly, and immediately we knew we could trust him. He told us the carpet was very high-quality, and he suggested they go over it a second time while they were there at no extra charge. It Would have been the easiest sale for him as we were so fed up with this room, and really wanted to just throw new carpet down. But, with his suggestion they did a second pass over that room. The next day, it was still a little damp and we could still smell the carpet so my wife called and talked to Bob again. She asked if we could get a quote for carpet in that room. But, again, Bob suggested we wait until it completely dries, and said he would hate to throw away such beautiful carpet that had so much life left. Again, he could've very well made a few hundred dollars off of us and put new carpet down, but he is not out there to gouge anybody, and he said he would come by the next day at no charge and see if there was anything else he could do to take care of it to make us happy without having to spend anymore money.

I have to say, we were both very impressed and so happy to finally meet somebody with The integrity that this business has shown. They could've very easily just installed new carpet at our expense and made a couple hundred dollars and we would not have even thought twice about it. But, instead Bob wanted to save us money and keep the high-quality carpet that we already had in the home. You can't ask for more than that! By the way, the rest of our carpet came out amazing and looks, smells, and feels very clean.  The quality of their work, the professionalism, and integrity that this business displays are very hard to find these days, and if you're looking for someone to take care of your home this is the place! - Brandon M. 8/24/19 YELP

My husband and I had the unfortunate event of our lil dog getting fleas and I wanted to be sure we were flea free when I brought him home from doggie day spa the next day. Robert was absolutely amazing! He responded to my request for a consult price quickly and effectively and was able to provide us with the service that very next morning before we had the pest guy come to spray. His nephew was so friendly and took pride in his work.
